Logo Design Brief

We recently began advertising our short term rentals under a new business name of - Saratoga Stays. We would like a new logo with this name that we can begin using on our website and other marketing materials. This is a mgmt company spinoff from our primary brand of Green Springs Capital Group so here was my thought on the logo:

Using our existing logo as the template - instead of the current roof line and window coming out of the "N" in springs - we would adjust the image to be more like a horse barn so it's more Saratoga themed. If you envision a horse barn, usually it has a hay bail window in the peak by the roof line. Many times it has a wooden sliding door over it. Traditional horse barn look. See attached inspiration photos.

Instead of "Green Springs" with "Capital Group LLC" underneath it - We would like "Saratoga Stays" with "by Green Springs Property Management LL" underneath. I think we can use the "y" in Stays as the base for the horse barn roof line image in the same way we do the "n" in springs with the current logo.

I think we'd like to stick with green as our primary color but I'm also open to alternates. When I think of Saratoga I kind of think red as there are a lot of red tents at the track, oftentimes barns are red, etc. So let's see a couple color iterations using red, green, black, etc. as the primary color for "saratoga stays". For "by green springs property management" in the subheading let's try green, black, red, or gray.

We want to create a separate brand but at the same time build off of our existing Green Springs brand so we are trying to thread the needle a bit. But I think with the right design and color scheme we can make it work.
