Just saw this project. I'm interested in submitting a design, but not sure if you have picked a design or a designer to go forward with.
Is it late to submit a design?

Probably you selected before time. I had just finished my design. It would be fairer if you would wait until the end so people don't waste their time. Anyway, congrats on getting a good design.
