The antique look and feel of the sample designs you've uploaded here are achieved with the printing paper.
Of course, we can design such a look, but it is much better when we use textured paper or card. Could you please check with your local print shop where you're planning to print to see whether they have such printing material available?
Please let us know your comments on this.

And I hope you're going for standard business card size.

The textured paper and/or card stock will not be an issue. I can source that at the printer. A standard card size is what I want. Thanks!
