Our software does A LOT of things, which is why it's called Lead Machine because it helps people looking for properteis, to generate leads for sellers/buyers. THe AI component can predict people who are more likely to sell, which helps investors find more properties. The software allows users to search properties, locate owners, send marketing, manage leads and contacts in a CRM, as well as 2 way communication and much more.
