Logo Design Brief
Simony was the act of buying or selling religious powers or items that was practiced for hundred of years. It was essentially selling someone the ability to be holy. I chose this name a bit of a thumb to the nose of religion, and, as it relates to music, the purchasing of a religious experience.
I would like to incorporate currency into the logo. If it is a dollar bill I would like to put a side profile of my face on the bill and make it a $1 USD. Incorporating the idea of "one" into the bill would be great too. Nuanced references to the act of simony might be something to consider as well. Obviously this is about mixing music so musical references could be incorporated as well.
