T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to take the concept of this photo and make it a cool tshirt design. The main focus of the design is her hand with the 2 fingers depicting the "lesbian dick pic". The tattoos on her hand have to remain in design. The idea of a girl with a hat holding the fingers can be modified at your creative discretion. Would be cool to keep the figure of her wearing a hat with possibly adding some cool sunglasses. Desing ideas could be a animated recreation of concept with key features and highlights. Or modified/fombined vectorization of images.
