App Design Brief

I have a web application in development and at the moment it is very plain.
It has being developed with laravel and vue. I need a simple design for the user interface to make it look more sleek and professional. I will need someone who is able to code the design as part of the service. The app is very low-cost for voluntary and social enterprise services and we don't have a lot of money so I need someone who is just starting out or someone with a big heart.
I have uploaded current pages to show the contents.
