Logo Design Brief

Looking for someone to help me design a new logo for "KMLK Realty". I had someone create a logo but I don't like it and want something different. I have attached the logo that was created a few weeks ago. would like a design with similar colors but that is wider and not square. Would like to see design options with KMLK Realty and also with KMLK Property Management. A logo that could be duplicated and just the Real Estate substituted with Property Management would be ideal. I would be willing to pay extra if I find a logo I like that can be "KMLK Realty" and "KMLK Property Management"
