Logo Design Brief

We need a company logo design. We are setting up a subsidiary company in Montevideo, Uruguay. We manufacture animal derived serum for veterinary and human pharmaceutical use. Parent company is Auckland BioSciences Ltd based in New Zealand. We pride ourselves in producing high quality serum and exporting to 18 countries around the world. I would like the log to signify (i) quality, (ii) healthcare, (iii) excellence, (iv) heritage. Please view our NZ website www.aucklandbio.com for reference. If we could somehow link NZ to the design, that would be great but not a must. The final design must be international. I would like to to capitalise the letters M and S in MonteSera.
