Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in New Zealand called 'Cool Ride Inc'.
We would like the logo to include dark greys, reds, greens.
We want the image to show two vehicles nose to nose, so a mirror image of the orange vehicle in the attached image with a truck behind them in the middle.
Am unsure if we want the business name at the bottom of the images, through them or around them. Am keen to see your recommendations.
Company name should be easy to read. Not keen on logo's which just show company name.
