Web Design Brief

I have an existing website on Squarespace. I would like to refresh it, change some of the copy, add in my new video that we created. I want to give it a new look. My branding is all about geese flying in the V formation, and how that plays out in business when we align our people to our purpose. I have used Duck-Duck-Goose in the previous site, and now want The Flying V @ Work to replace that narrative. The website is colourful, fun, but needs to have a professional look and I am also looking for more audience engagement on the site. I would like to highlight to a professional small to medium size business audience. I would like to highlight my Pondcast, showcase my speaking, and really utilize the metaphor to put me in a category of one in the speaking and consulting world. Since the website is on Squarespace, does it need to be coded?

To be clear, I already have a site on Squarespace, I do not need a new site. For those interested in the project, can we make the changes to my existing site, instead of creating and hosting a new one????
