Designer must read brief to understand what I’m looking for!

We are looking for a graphic design only of a landing page that combine 2 businesses we own using our 2 round logos that are very professional, white or lite background Only. We are a distributor (Casters and Wheels)and a manufacturer American Steel Wheels in the same industry and are building just 1 website. The landing page image will have both logos with 2 buttons under each logo and a combined slogan (Rugged, Reliable, Affordable and Customizable). We would also like to see a Contact form with 4 questions Company Name, Name, email address and phone number I will attach possible backgrounds that could be ghosted in the background i do not need header built just a professional way to present both companies. We like the Fonts used on Apple website and the clean, crisp look of Apple Website. We like 3D and 2D looks of our logos if possible. Shadowing is important. Let see your best design Casters and Wheels Logo is cobalt blue and American Steel Wheels color doesn’t matter but brushed stainless steel looks great.
