Logo Design Brief

Seeking a logo for a hospitality and tourism facility management company, Avocet Island Pty Ltd located in the coastal town of Mandurah in Western Australia. We would like this logo to complement our other 2 business logos (Breakaway Tourism Pty Ltd and Breakaway Business Solutions - see logos attached) but a different colour combination (with a coastal vibe if possible - this could include a wave, water, or seaside feel). Focus to be on the 'Avocet Island' text ('Pty Ltd' to be less obvious. We would like a full set of logo files (e.g. jpeg, png, eps, pdf) and have full ownership of the logo. Thank you.
