Color scheme will be up to designer to stand out. Website name and logo aren't as critical for now, and will easily be added in the future. A logo is simple and just one part of a larger design.

for 5 + page design the amount seems low. if its possible please increase the budget to $1000 for design only . thank you

This was the highest package deal i saw. If awarded the contest, i will be increasing the prize to finish the design full scale.

You can submit higher quality design and focus on lesser amount of pages as well. In the end i will need to take you on board full time to create final product with adjustments.
