Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an executive coaching company. I work with senior executives across a range of sectors, helping them to be better at what they do, improving personal performance, self knowledge and so drive company success.
The logo needs to be simple, clean and relatively modern, using all the words The Executive Coach. The design needs to communicate progress, confidence, trust, safety, increased performance etc.
I don't have a specific colour pallet in mind but it needs to suggest class whilst adding to the clean look.
