Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new mobile phone geolocation offer in the USA. The logo will be used for three targets, namely:
- Individuals wishing to locate each other
- parents who wish to locate their child
- companies wishing to locate their sales force in the field
The logo must therefore correspond to these three targets, so it must be modern, serious and professional at the same time.
It must also imperatively include somewhere in small the American flag, indeed the Americans are very nationalist
In short we must be number 1 in the USA
