Logo Design Brief

Our company name has changed, so we need it updated on our logo and would also like to make some revisions to have the logo represent the old imagine but include new features to distinguish it. The files attached are the current design. Want the logo in the circle to remain, with the same tree in a design similar to the additional logo design attachment from Mindful. In terms of the grassy hills for the pathway, I do like a more earthy/pear colored green - as opposed to a grass green or a lime green
