Newspaper Ad Design Brief

4.5" high and 7.5" wide

I am participating in a local "Dancing For The Arts" event and am sponsoring it as well. I am getting a full page ad in their event program and want to make something funny that catches attention to advertise my real estate business. I would prefer something like the picture I am attaching but much more professional of (hopefully) a dancing girl balancing me with her hand.
