Logo Design Brief

A materials provider of dirt, rock, composites, stone, etc.
Party Dog Materials will be a new materials provider to our small town with a large agriculture presence. We will be located in town, and on a busy highway. I would like to see a modern logo and some bright colors would be great. Possibly using a COLLIE or happy looking mutt breed dog. Think Whimsical and Dr. Seuss.

Needs to incorporate a rock/ mound of rocks/ shovel(s).

Fun features like tongue sticking out, party hat, sunglasses, or bow tie are all great.

Colors can be neon, green, blue, orange or a mix.

Somehow incorporating a rock pile with a dog on top of it - or an icon head of a fun but tough dog and rocks... maybe a dog and a shovel?
