Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for my new company name "Ceria Tech". It is a software design/development company focused on the Quickbase software platform. I provide analytics, solutioning, software dev/design/builds. I don't have a tag line yet, so I'm open to ideas. But I like to describe my 'spark' as providing efficient/effective user experiences so that the end user has more patience and passion for their customers.

I'm looking for something that uses navy/white or medium blue/white. I would love something nautical/ocean but not like anchors or boats or anything like that. It's hard to explain, I don't necessarily want someone to look at my logo and thing nautical/ocean but I want something that is respresentative of my love for the ocean.
