Logo Design Brief

Hello,
I need a total of 3 graphics made. Within each graphic there are smaller graphics. Please see the details below. Colors: mixture of colors is fine. Our core colors are blue, grey and black

Graphic #1: Building blocks (see attached)
Enough building blocks to spell out "Company Name" 11 total it can same Company Name

Graphic #2: Interlocking Gears representing our 6 core values. Inside each gear would be another graphic representing each value.
Gear #1: Trust (handshake graphic, see attached image)
Gear #2: Capitalism (Puzzle piece graphic, see attached image)
Gear #3: Independence (idea - chain with a broken link)
Gear #4: Growth (idea - tree with roots and the branches are limbs of a person)
