T-shirt Design Brief

I need a T-shirt design for the 20th annual Dachshunds & Friends on Parade event, which features a Dachshund costume contest, races and trick contest. This year we are also adding categories for other dogs (not just Dachshunds) so while the Dachshunds are still the star, the design should also reflect that all dogs are welcome.
