T-shirt Design Brief

Trying to re-launch my clothing line on an urban tip. I am based out of Winnipeg, MB and would like to help represent the city with pride. The concept I have is play on the area codes 204 and 431. The idea I have is having a blank Sudoku board with 204 running on the top and then connecting the 4 with the 31 going down the board. A pencil to represent the fact it is Sudoku and the tag line Rep Your City at the bottom of the board. Anywhere on the design should say the name of the city Winnipeg
