Logo Design Brief

Need a logo file made. This is our current one but we don't have an actual vector file. Would like a logo made, something creative, may decide on changing it up.

Colors must remain the same! Blue is #1CAADE , Yellow #FFED00, then White #FFFFFF. In keeping with porportions SIMVOSI PRO is BANKGOTHIC MD BT size 86, and Professional Racing Simulators is Monstra Nuovo size 51.

I do like how it is encased within the white lines or could be geometric

This is for a racing business, so things like a flag design are acceptable but not an actual flag more a flag design, mechanical gear. No car vectors on this logo . Lets see what you've got!
