Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new platform agency connect which allows companies to register on the platform and set up jobs that require shifts to be filled and invite recruitment agency’s to fill those shifts.
We need an icon and the name agency connect next to the icon.
The icon must represent agency connect.
The current logo is fine but I would prefer an icon with name in our current design we have two names which doesn’t make sense
