Logo Design Brief

I need a business card design containing my logo and slogan for my new consulting business. The consulting business provides the following services: 1) human resource services assistance (payroll, expert advice, developing strategic and recruitment plans and blogs) for small businesses and 2) develops content for small business blogs and online magazines. I plan to expand the business, so I don't want to focus on the services but rather on my initials (NC) for name recognition and the name of the company, Carr Consulting Services.
My slogan is Relevant, Innovative, Expert Solutions.
I want a business card that is plain and not busy and contains a logo that reflects my work: consulting and writing. I would also like the business card to include the following contact information in this order: Nicole Carr, Principal (lst line) Sr. Consultant (2nd line), 2121 Broadway, #188825, Sacramento, CA 95818, (3rd line) ncarrconsultingservices@gmail.com, (4th line), (916) 883-6400 (5th line), (my name, title, business address, email address, and phone number). My business's logo and name, Carr Consulting Services, should appear next to each other on the front of the card. The slogan should also be noted on the back of the card. Thanks!

• Please feel free to create your own design as the attachment is just an example to show that I prefer a simple design with that format/layout if possible. The logo should be simple like a lettermark, word mark or abstract logo with the logo on the front and the slogan on the back. • Please see the attached sample design. A blue, or green or blue violet color card may look great. I am also good with simple black and white. Thanks!
