Logo Design Brief

Buying real estate for return on investment income properties including flip homes, duplexes, triplexes and single family homes. Managing rental properties for other investors. Looking for a logo that will attract tenants to our rentals. Must be professional but eye catching. A unique to us abstract emblem may be the key to this. Not looking for the run of the mill house silhouette behind the business name (BNB Property Management). More modern to appeal to the younger military crowd in our service area would be a plus. We are located on the coast so coastal accents are also a plus.
