we are aiming for a more generic document we can provide to all customers and fill in the blanks where required onsite. Therefore anything related to a specific design or customer needs to be removed. The document i provided was jsut as an example of what information we need to provide to the customer. i will also need a page after the introduction explaining the next steps of the process eg- "After installation completion we will arrange for an electrical inspector to visit your site. This process can take upto 10 working days depending on the inspectors availabilities and schedule. Your solar system will need to be left off until the inspector deems it safe to use. System has been turned on Once the inspection has been successfully completed and your system is now turned on we will engage with your retailer and provide all required documents for meter reconfiguration.
