Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Texas based commercial real estate company. We mainly focus on office / warehouse spaces. Not residential, apartments and not high-rise type real estate, more light industrial. Looking for a logo that is professional and eye catching. Favorite color is blue. I tend to say GGP alot due to the fact that gilliland group partnership is a mouth full. Could play with the GGP letters. We were established in 1990.
