T-shirt Design Brief

Hello, I'd like to get a design that incorporates all of the following together:

- The number 5
- The names JALEN, CHRIS, JIMMY, RAY, JUWAN
- Those names along with the number 5 would be the main pieces of the logo
- Some sort of basketball graphic
- The colours yellow and navy blue

The overall design is to represent a college basketball team in the 1990's. The Michigan Wolverines to be exact. It's a design for a t-shirt, hoodie, and possibly other products. I'd also like for the design to work on both dark and light backgrounds if possible. A white shirt and a black shirt for example.
