Banner Ad Design Brief

We I need three call to action buttons for my new web site. The site is a medical supply company. that should equal 1030x280. The site buttons should say:

1- "EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. No code. No hassle."
2- "Call us for FREE EXPERT ADVICE. Click to learn more."
3- "Learn about our DVR Program. Click to continue"

The site is medsupplyshop.com, I need them to replace the flash banner on the home page. I have proper placement, but need them to be distinct colors so they get noticed.
