T-shirt Design Brief

I need a t-shirt design for a new company based in Florida. My company revolves around fast cars, trucks, and boats. Basically anything that has horsepower. I'm looking for a shirt design with a tough picture of the joker leaning against the side of an old charger car. I want the joker to be smoking a cigar while leaning. I attached images to give you an idea of what I'm looking for in terms of the joker and the car. Thank you!
