AgentSelly is a real estate agent from Switzerland. Thanks to an innovative mix of digitization and personal contact, AgentSelly brings sellers and qualified buyers together. Goal:
We would like to set up a post-sale flyer that we can distribute to property owners in the region after the sale of a property in the canton of Aargau (Switzerland).

The aim of this should be to arouse the interest of other property owners in the region in selling their property through AgentSelly.
The message of the flyer should be: We still have interested parties from the previous sale of the property and can sell more property.

Example: We are selling a property at Hauptstrasse 20 in Aarau. During the sales process, through our marketing activities, we generate various prospective buyers who are interested in this property. However, we can only sell the property to one buyer. The other interested parties get nothing in a first step. Now we want to use the flyer to make real estate owners in the Aarau region aware that we are already in contact with potential buyers of a property in Aarau and that a sale could be interesting.

Images can also be chosen freely, although something with real estate and possibly the canton of Aargau (to convey regionality) would certainly be an advantage.
