Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company called "Velocity Sales'. Velocity Sales will be powered (aligned) by a company called Sales Xceleration

I have the belief that growing a business is very much like climbing a set of stairs. Grow a bit, then hit a wall, grow a bit and then hit a wall, grow some more and then hit the wall ( in this case, the walls are like the risers on a set of stairs). The concept behind Velocity Sales is to help businesses grow faster, by adding velocity to their sales teams, smoothing out the journey of growth, making their life easier, doing what they don't know how to do. I would love to see a logo that somehow projects an image of that vision.
