Logo Design Brief

I'd like a simple black-and-white illustration depicting two or more business people burying their heads in the sand. I'd like them to be talking to each other under the sand.
There will be a quote caption underneath the illustration saying, "What is wrong with our current ITAD strategy?"

I really like the last design I did on this platform. I'd like the design to look similar (i.e., New York Times cartoonist Bob Mankoff. Black and white cartoons are timeless). Attached are my last two designs.
I'd like my signature ("Marks") to be present in the bottom right.
