3D Design Brief
Prepare and deliver 5 different angles of a 3d design. The design will be a remodeled patio and deck.
Photographs of the existing deck and patio are attached.
The changes to the existing deck and patio are as follows:
1) Remove brick and cap on existing pillars and replace with pyrimidal concrete caps with lights on top.
2)Remove wall between patio and wood deck. Lower remaining wall between wood deck and pillar by 12 inches. (See areas in red in photo "patio mod 2")
3) Deck wood to be new Ipe brown wood.
4) All square terracotta tiles to be replaced with white/gray herringbone pavers (size 15 inches by 5 inches) (see example photo attached).
5) Old fountain replaced with new gray fountain (see blue circle in photo).
6) Area around fountain and by steps to street to be black pebbles. See photo attached for rough area of where pebbles will be placed (in yellow areas).
