Text to add to the flyer are the following points.
- By entering a lease agreement, you can generate a passive income stream for yourself while also improving internet services in your area.
- Our towers are designed to be unobtrusive and blend in with their surroundings.
- We work with you to develop an agreement that meets your specific requirements.

We would like an FAQ page on the back with the following info
Who is Succeed.Net? - We are a local ISP that provides high-speed internet to underserved areas via low power wifi frequencies
What do we want to do? - We are looking to use your property to host an access point relay to receive and broadcast internet to everyone in your area.
How will we do it? - We will set up a site survey with one of our engineers to review possible locations to install our equipment. Typical installations are near roof peaks, chimneys, installing a self-supported pole, or installing a residential tower.
Why did I receive this flyer? - Your location was hand-selected by us reviewing your property's potential to serve the community.
How much electricity will this use? - We will need access to a single 110V outlet. All our gear is outdoors, and the power usage is between 50-100W (less than $10/mo).
