Tattoo Design Brief

Color picture with Florence nightingale in a sugar skull costume which will be on my upper outer arm. Realism/surrealism. Just like the picture I sent of Fridah Khalo .
Nightingale should have the flowers on top of her head as well

This tattoo is going on my arm and will be a full sleeve. I would like to add elements involving stethoscope bones syringes and different body parts such as brain, heart rhythm strip and heart. I would also want the covid virus shape and star of life.
