My one word/value iis Integrity.
The "I" in Insight could also stand for Integrity.
My slogan/motto is: #Integrity - Who You Work With Matters, but do not want this in the logo.
Prefer medium blue as primary and secondary as orange or orange'ish-yellow

The current logo plays of the house rooftops/mountains in this desert region, but I do not want mountains or rooftops, persay, but something with their meaning could be considered

Would be open to focusing on the I in Insight or an IMC design.
Integrity, Trustworthy, Committed, Freedom, Positive Energy, Friendly is the vibe I'm going for with Integrity being the key
