Word Template Design Brief

Hello! We are looking for a layout for an ESG report. This somewhat complicated because the draft has lots of comments and ideas for callouts, infographics, etc.

I've attached the draft copy to give you an idea. I look forward to thoughts and questions.
This report will mostly be read online. I like the idea of an interactive PDF as the final product, but not necessary.
