Web Design Brief

I have a website called RIV Properties (rivproperties.com) that I would like to have redesigned. Most of the content is already created, but I need a new design. You can also see my other website at realtyinvestments.com. I am open to a new logo or modifying the current logo if you have a good idea. Please feel free to use other images for the home page (and maybe some other locations) if you feel they provide a better look and feel to the website. I prefer a modern look.

Important: You do not have to use the images I've provided for the home page. Feel free to find your own stock photos. You don't have to pay for them unless I select your design.

1) Please use wix.com to make your changes so that I can edit it later.
2) I will need all the graphics files to be saved so I can dowload it for later.
3) I will be adding more content to the site later.
4) This site will likely be transferred over to realtyinvestments.com so if you make a logo please make one for RIV Properties and one for Realty Investments.
5) You can use other images that you feel would help the look and feel of the website.
