Logo Design Brief

This logo is for a craft coffee and tea shop. I would like to combine my existing logo for Out of the Barrel craft beer taproom, removing the "hop" in the center and replacing it with a coffee bean and/or coffee plant graphic. I have attached several examples of the type of coffee plant that I like. Ideally, I would like to keep the outer shell of the Out of the Barrel logo, black background, and insert the coffee bean/coffee plant in the center of the black background.
