As per our brief, we are recruitment company with the focus on Sri Lanka/ Australia Market .
We are searching for skilled labour / proffessionals with experience and skillset required and we connect these people with employers in Australia.
Basically We advertise for a job in Sri Lankan Newspapers and social media, collecting applications, reviewing the suitable candidates , we shortlist candidates and organise job interviews.
After short listing of our potential candidates we are passing the detauils onto Australian companies who have demand for the workers.
We assist our candidates and industrial clients with all visa related questions/ matters and cooporating with immigration lawyers to arrange adequate work permits and immigration procedures .
