Icon must represent a QR code, a minimalistic representation of the QR code, something to blend in the attached list of item

Adhoc is a digital menu solution, that integrates with te restaurant s ecosystem and you can make an order in 3 easy steps:
- scan QR code
- browse and select
- order and pay

Attached our current logo.
We need this as an app icon (maybe just the rectangle and an icon) but also as a logo, visual identity for other places

bonus: integrate the logo in a cool QR code design, maybe with the 3 steps along side: scan, order, pay.
