In what format should the design be made (A4, Letter, etc)?
Do you have any document with the texts to include (it would be good) or do you have to look for them on your website?

The format shall be A4.

If I did it right, I shared with the project description an attached zip file. This one contents all the texts (screenshots from our website) and illustrations we wish to integrate to our design.
