Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company that's based in NYC called GiftsInscribed. We create beautiful personalized gifts including glassware, barware, and kitchenware. Specifically, we create custom engraved whiskey/wine/champagne glasses, decanters, cutting boards, various product bundles and much more.
The brand caters to a higher-end clientele and ideally we would like the logo to represent this somehow. The logo should convey a sense of value, craftsmanship, attention to detail, exclusivity, modernity and high-quality products/service.
Finally, we do not have an established color palette or font preference.
