Banner Ad Design Brief

Hi There,
I require 4 x different designs to be made for 4 new brands of mine however they can be quite interchangeable. HR Newz and Marketing Newz can be similar just with a difference in colour. The same goes for the Bulletin brands. This means there are ultimately two designs that need perfecting.

There must be a click here CTA on the banner somewhere. :-)

I require the banners in 728x90 format and 960x90 please.

Please use strap lines on the banners such as:
