I own a non-profit called #BojiKites - you can find our group page on facebook. We put on an annual kite festival on a frozen lake in Okoboji, IA
on the last weekend of January - It has become the largest kite festival on ice in the world. You will find tons of ideas on our group page as well as a search of our Hashtag #BojiKites The kite field sits at and in front of the Historic Arnold Park Aumusement Park - Please google the park as it a stunning backdrop
