Logo Design Brief

Hi - We need a logo design for a Hot Sauce company that is due to launch in January, called Spice Angels.
We are going to be producing small batch all natural hot sauces with no chemicals or preservatives being added and minimal vinegar. Where ever possible we will source our ingredients from organic local farmers here in the South of France close to Cannes.
We understand that everyone has their own tolerance to chilli and spiciness and this can be very different even within families, so we are going to make all our products available in various heat levels e.g. mild, medium, hot, super hot.
There are a lot of competitors in this industry so we need to stand out from the crowd. A lot of chilli sauce companies have a fun, aggressive, very masculine / heavy metal image with their logos and the names of their sauces e.g. A Bomb Total Insanity, Pain in the Butt etc.
The reason the company is called Spice Angels, is like the 'Parking Angels' whenever I go out to eat I say a little prayer to ask the Spice Angels for the restaurant to be able to provide spicy food to my level, or fresh chillies or dried chilli I can add or a decent hot sauce other than Tabasco. Here in France, my prayers are never answered. So I now carry around a small bottle of homemade hot sauce and dried super hot chillies everywhere I go.
We would like memorable logo, a classy design that will look good on the tables of the local clientele in Cannes, Monaco, the local yachting industry etc. maybe leaning to more the feminine rather than masculine, although this isn't really necessary.
The final design should communicate class, that it is a premium product, and natural .
