Logo Design Brief

I have a boutique trial and appellate law firm that provides clients big firm experience and service at small firm prices. I have a logo created by a previous design contest winner that I like (blue, black and white with an "M" with a courthouse roof above it and courthouse steps below it). But it was done 8 years ago and it's time to update it or completely refresh my firm's logo/brand. I'm also including other contenders from that contest I like but did not choose.
